Movies and movie reviews
One of the frequently visited Forum threads is the one on FILMS. It seems that readers come here to look for –among other things– resources related to Movies and Entertainment (assessment, recommended films and TV programs, synopses, etc.).
We found a list of “Top 100 Pro-Catholic Movies” on National Catholic Register.
For updated film reviews and analyses, we recommend the following:
- USCCB Office for Film and Broadcasting;
- Act One Program and Barbara Nicolosi’s “Church of the Masses” blog;
- Sister Rose Pacatte’s movie reviews;
- “Jesucristo en el Cine” (Spanish) (some of Alfonso’s articles have been translated to English in the Forum);
- CinemaNet.info (Spanish).

There is one movie I like to recommend: MIRACLE starring Kurt Russel. It was produced by Walt Disney Pictures. “MIRACLE is the inspireing true story behind one fo the greatest moments in sports history.” A must see for all youths and adults alike.
